I live close to Macquari University and will have a room available to rent in june. It's a large two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse. The complex has a pool, gym, spa and sauna. Internet is included as is electricity. This would be suited well for a uni student. The room already has a bed, desk and chair available, you are welcome to bring your own furniture however. There are built-in wardrobes and an ensuite. The available room is the master bedroom and is quite bright and spacious. There is quite a large fridge and washing machine and dryer are always available. Looking for a calm (not neccesarily quiet), clean, preferrably female individual to rent the room.
